That month is over, and now I'm charged $99 for a service I hardly use.
I believe I'm available for a refund since I have not used it since being charged for the annual trial. According to their Q&A, Amazon Prime would refund me if I haven't used the service. But was remains unclear to me, is that, I DID use it ~twice, but this was during the free monthly trial, before beginning the annual membership.
To be completely certain, I would email or call them. My take is, you should get a refund because its not like you're returning your free trial, only the paid service you have yet to use and if they say you're entitled to a refund if the service is unused, then I see no problem. Hoped I helped, but I would call to make sure, usually things like this shouldn't be a problem. If you don't mind, can you respond back and let me know the answer? Thanks:)
Yes, they will refund you the full amount if unused. They will also prorate it if you did use it. Any use during the Free month does not count. That was a Free trial. Contact them by clicking on the HELP.
Read their rules, I believe they refund if only 3 days after the money is taken.
It doesn't matter that you don't use it, " You" signed up for it." You" forgot to cancel you free trial. Consider this a good lesson in life. You need to pay more attention to what you are doing. Too bad...
