It is either a scam or its like those pyramid marketing networking (multi-level marketing) schemes with a ton of big catches. What this guy is doing is inciting with the idea of potentially earning that amount, but in reality, you may end up putting in a lot more than that just to get that kind of return.
You probably shouldn't get involved since most people generally don't reach the high amounts of the idea they were told. Its not worth your investment
Many say it is mainly for recruiting. The other issue is too many companies are out just like it.
