I've recently opened new a/c with SBI. Have "SBI Gold International Debit Card (MasterCard). But when I try to register for 3d secure service I get the following message :

"Mobile number is not registered for your card.Kindly contact your home branch"

But I am already getting SMSes for transactions at any ATMs! Please help. Have googled and many of them facing the same problem. Please help so that I can use my card for online transactions.

I've the same problem .

It seems SBI had some fraud cases with the OTP , hence from past 6-7 months registering for 3-D secure has been disabled.

Only those who have already registered can use their debit card for online transcations.

all we can do is wait , so that they will fix the issue.
