If your buyer has made Paypal payment, and the funds have cleared, the money is still not available to you until you ship with Signature Confirmation, as your item is valued higher than $250, and the item shows it is delivered with online proof of delivery. If you are not printing your own labels, you must input the Signature Confirmation tracking number manually into Paypal. New sellers have these limits placed on their accounts until they prove a record of successful transactions over ninety days.

It takes 21 days to get the money credited to your Paypal account when you are a new seller. Check with Ebay and see why the delay.

It means the money isn't clear yet, you'll need to wait until about 21 days. Its a security measure.

As soon as the buyer gets the item and gives you positive feedback you'll get your money.
