Anytime, after the date of the check it can be cashed. If you asked someone to hold the check to a certain date and they cash it sooner it's legal but next time don't give them the check until you are ready for it to be cashed.
Date the check as of the first date you wish it to be processed. If they cash it earlier, you can show your bank what happened in case it overdraws your account.
no they cannot, the problem with speaking to reps...they DO NOT hit the ENTER button:-( do you have documentation that this conversation happened, who ya spoke with, day/time, details? your check should have been POST DATED right? call and complain(Ask for the MANAGER) have them take care of any and all NSF charges!!!
yep. and they probably will unless you have a signed written contract covering the matter.
