All shippers/couriers deliver to your door. Amazon mostly uses USPS, sometimes UPS, and to a lesser extent FedEx. Does not matter what the shipping speed is. With USPS, if it will fit in your mailbox, then they will put it in your mailbox, if not, then they deliver to your door. All other couriers can only deliver to your door.
Typically if you order with amazon all of packages will be delivered to your door no matter what shipping speed you choose. With usps it varies sometimes they have left my package if its small enough in my mailbox but if it doesn't fit then they leave it at my door.
amazon uses UPS (sometimes USPS).
