That's a lot of money for the buyer to spend on something that has something wrong with it, even if it was in the description. Yes, he should have understood and read the description fully. You could tell him that it's in the process of shipping and he should at least try it out, but, chances are he'll complain when he gets it, and ebay would probably refund his money. So you might just want to cancel the transaction, and not ship the item.
He can get his money back anyway, if you don't send it back then he only needs to contact PayPal and send the phone back to you so he can get his money back off you.
It's a really flawed system but that's how it works
Cancel transaction. Issue a refund. Dont ship it.
If you described it accurately, you sold it legally, you wait til the money is cleared then send it
