Getting a link removed from H Samuels - How much?

Just pop into a H Samuels with the receipt, and ask them. They might be helpful and do it on the spot - or they might not. It will probably depend on how busy they are and who is available to do something like that. It may even depend on the make of watch - some they might not be able to adjust on the spot. The insurance is irrelevant: nothing has gone wrong with the watch, and what you want is not a repair but an adjustment.

they will now charge you £20 to remove that link - you should have asked the shop where you bought it to do it for you for free. why don't you just travel there and get them to do it for free.

You got conned purchasing insurance on the watch, there is no way it will stop working in 2 years. All watches including cheap ones work for more than 2 years. Unfortunately you sound very immature and naive so you got royally conned by Hill Samuels.

Around £10-£15.

If you took it back to the original store, as you bought the insurance - with - them, they might honour your purchase, and fix if free of charge...

No idea at all. It would have been better if you had it altered when you bought it. ( did you try it on?)

this won't come under Insurance.

So I bought a watch the other day (And purchased insurance which entitles me for 100% refund if watch is repairable within the next 2 years) and realized it is WAY too loose, I bought this from a H samuels store in a different cite.. Would it be free for me to get a link removed from a different H Samuels? Or will it cost, and if it will cost how much will it cost roughly? :)
