I refinanced my home loan just to get out from under them. I was very unhappy with the lack of customer service, the auto generated e-mails that sounded so personal but had nothing to do with my account. I paid my home insurance through them by escrow and they sent me an e-mail telling me it was going to go into default because it had not been paid. I contacted them about it and asked if they had been paying my insurance and what was the e-mail all about they just basically said oh....oops, their is no problem. That was the last straw, I called around and started the refi the next day. Glad I did it. I want nothing to do with them.
They seem very diligent with their threats to foreclose, Should I miss the monthly due date by a day. That and they never seem to get the escrow account right.
