This sort of thing is all over the net and is virtually free so this wont work, you could put films of you performing the workouts and instructing others on youtube but you're not going to sell the programmes. The "wrote out" thing got me too...if you decide to go ahead with this get your entries "proof read" eh

People want visuals. Don't expect sales to boom. Without major advertizing and visuals your business isn't going anywhere. Why do you think everyone puts out DVDs on TV?

im thinking of starting up a small ebay business, im 18 years old, just became a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor along with a few other fitness qualifications, i have wrote out a few different training programmes that include muscular endurance, hypertrophy and weight loss programmes and would like to start selling them on ebay, id like to know what you guys would pay for these programmes and if you have any tips on how i should market them that would be great, thanks:)
