my best friend is over 1000 miles away. we've wanted to meet for years. our parents are allowing us to meet if I can get the money. (we aren't doing well financially/I'm the one traveling to see him) meeting him would mean the entire world to me considering he's my best friend. what are some ways, easy or hard that could get me money fast? my goal is to get the money before febuary 2016.

At min wage at McDonald's your looking at over 200 hours of work to earn that, is it really worth it for a brief visit? webcams are a modern way to seem a bit closer.

Take a picture and mail it to him. A "best friend" you have never met? Get a picture back from him, then keep talking on the phone.
