These past few days random money has been subtracted from my checkings account, and when I look at the reason it says "Telephone transfer debit". So far it has taken $2 from my account, and has another thing pending for $3. I really don't understand this because I haven't transferred any money anywhere. Also, if it makes a difference, I'm viewing it from my phone application for online banking.
You might be a victim of identity theft. someone could be using your bank account. I would go and talk to the bank in person to fix this and maybe track the thieves. Otherwise, it may be a hidden charge for your phone bill. You could probably talk to them in person too.
Someone else have access to your phone, the amounts sound like in-app mobile purchases, which more typically are added to a phone bill.
The other night on RTV Jack Black talked about his kid running up $3000 in Apple Store in app purchases playing a game.
