I sometimes see that on my bank statement. (Just so you know, open an online account and check it between statements, so you can catch unknown charges sooner than the statement comes out.) Many times you may shop at a small business gas station, let's say it's called "Joe's Gas". On your statement, they may partner with another business for debit card purchases and it may appear on your statement as "P&J enterprises". It's a harmless thing. But always call the bank if you are not sure about it. They can tell you were and what it was. If it's too bizarre, then tell them you suspect an unauthorized charge. You will have to get a new debit card.
You do not mention the name of where the charge came from. The only answer possible is hence to contact your bank about where the charge came from.
Have you ordered anything online recently? Signed up for any websites that charge fees? Sometimes things like that will appear on bank account statements using 'unfamiliar names'.
Try calling your bank. Yahoo Answers can't possibly answer your question.
