its really weird question and my broken english makes it even more weirder, so i was talking to my friend and we were talking about rich people and we came up with this question. what if someone ask bill gates for money via email or letter, will he reply or he will ignore? if i email bill gates that i need 10,000$ (or less)! will he ignore my email or letter or he will send money to my bank acc.?

He will ignore you, plain and simple. Bill Gates will spend money on things he thinks are valuable, and has spent far more than $10K on things he does think are worth it. I've seen a PhD who was full of bullshit ask him for at least 10x that amount and seen him turn her down brilliantly in about 30 seconds. Bill Gates has a high bullshit quotient. If you have no reason to have $1 of his money, much less $10K or $1M, you're not getting **** all.

Bill Gates has a foundation which has millions of dollars that they give to charity. You would have to apply to the Gates Foundation and see if you qualify for anything. Do not write to Bill Gates write to the foundation.

He'd never even see it. He gives away huge amounts of his money to charitable causes through his foundation, but not to individuals. Rich people do it that way. Otherwise they'd get letters with a sob story from every scammer in the world.

I imagine that rich people get harassed a LOT about getting handouts. I doubt that he would send you any.
