It all started in March where I was accused from co-workers and my boss of talking smack about others. I couldn't believe I was accused of that a few times when I just started. I took it even harder because I am a naturally nice and sweet girl who naturally makes friends easily and I really do my best to respect and appreciate others.
So now, I am still trying to make conversations, help others and try to be a part of my co-workers but I keep getting shunned and outcasted.
I really, sincerely, do not know what I did wrong. I am seriously at my wits end where I cry few days a week and I am contemplating on leaving. The hard part is, I love what I do....I just can't stand the feeling of being outcasted, what should I do?

What is going on is that you are being a target of bullying and mobbing. It's because you are a sweet, nice girl who wants to be helpful. Why this sends bullies into action is something I will never understand. Quit being nice and sweet and helpful. They don't deserve to be respected. The upper management chose the boss you report to so expect no sympathy. Hang in there.
Well, I've never tried this but I heard of someone in your shoes who did. He sold his soul to Elizabeth Hurley and learned some things in the process, becoming more confident, and his new self-confidence made all the difference.
If that doesn't appeal to you, try praying for your persecutors every day. Not for bad things to happen to them, and not even that they stop persecuting you; pray that God will bless them. Nothing more. Mean it. You might be surprised at what happens.
Even though it's tough I believe that you are at work for one reason, to make money. Friends shouldn't matter. I don't really get along with my co-workers, for some reason everyone is so unfriendly, but I don't let it get to me. As long as it doesn't affect my work or personal life, then I don't really car. Remember why you are there. Also if your boss is wrongfully accusing you, report him to corporate. That's just childish.
