The thing is, it involves selling products and services online. I know the basics needs (SSL certificate; 3rd party merchant account; Paypal; etc) but I'm completly blind on "external" legal stuff I might need. For example, do I need to get a license for my logo and/or name as if it was a company? Do I need to actually start a company? Do I need to register this whole thing as a bussiness?
I had some money to invest on this but after the hosting and the SSL certificates there isn't really that much left. Thoughts?
If you're in the UK you're not obliged to incorporate. Your not boliged to register your logo or company name. You do need to notify HMRC that you're self employed and may need to make self employed NI contributions.
