Did this seller have a good history? Was he a new seller? Make a request to cancel transaction. You dont have to wait that long. If seller is in China, that could be why but if 45 days goes by, it will be too late to get your money back. And you have no Buyer Protection after that. Something is very wrong with this seller.
That's an unreasonable amount of time and it sounds like he's up to something. File a claim before it's too late. At the end of the 45 days he'll probably just ignore you.
No, that's just trying to get you to leave it too late to file a claim against him.
If the item has not arrived after 14 days (or 7 days after the last date given when you bought it) demand a refund. If you don't get it promptly file an ebay claim.
look on the auction page at the estimated delivery date , if it hasn't arrived by that time file a complaint - item not received, it's an old trick dishonest sellers use, I came across a seller who was running an insurance scam he sent damaged items and when they arrived damaged he claimed on the insurance I think he sent the same damaged item out many times , then he disappeared
Wow the seller must think youre stupid...., smh, open a case now
