So I just currently started working at a pretty big local retailer that pays 7.90/hr draw vs comission. Sounds great right?(sarcasm) The downside to the way I'm paid is that if I don't make the quota for the week, the amount I didn't make is taken out of my paycheck. So recently I was browsing this store that I go to often and the manager basically offered me a job starting at 8.50/hr and I'm guaranteed a good amount of hours 6 days a week. I just started (about a month) so I'm hesitant to up and leave. What would you choose?
