I'm assuming from ground up you mean renting a location then building it up to strip club standards. Here is my breakdown:
1) A large space, capable of housing at least 500 people, if not 1,000, would easily be $5000+ a month, depending on location.
2) The cost to "build out" the location, and make it look nice, would easily be over $100,000, if not over $200,000. You have to add the bar, seats, furniture, lighting, stage, tables, etc etc. That will be a lot.
3) Business insurance, liquor license, and other licenses. Several thousand there.
As far as how much a strip club makes, the money comes mostly from charging the strippers a small fee, and then this fee helps pay the bartenders, security, cost of marketing, etc. It depends on how popular your strippers are.
You also need a Liquor license to sell alcohol.
1) Find a space or place to Rent.
2) Look for girls and employees to help
3) Hire the strippers
4) pay everyone
Probably a few hundred thousand dollars.
Also, many cities have ordinances against adult entertainment.
alot of money
What type of license do you need to open up one, And SORRY for asking this type of subject, I just want to know
