HI friends,
I have ordered some of mobile accessories from China which was value around 150USD.but my seller marked it as a gift and value also he mentioned 60USD and sent through the Chinapost air mail.these item I am purchasing to resell here in ebay.now my question is,
1.what is the procedure to clear the custom here in india.
2.Will the parcel directly come to my residence?
3.Is there anything I need to pay extra for custom duty.
4.The seller not attached any invoice, there will be any problem?
5.I dont have any registered company but just I planned to do the part time job.so, importing goods from other country is leagel as a non registered seller.
