For starters, both your eBay and Paypal accounts would be permenantly banned, as well as those of any members of your family who live with you. The manufacturer can indeed sue your parents into bankruptcy, because your parents are responsibile for your actions. And YES, you can be jailed and your counterfeit items confiscated and destroyed.

You are assuming that the buyer won't know the difference. They will. As a new seller your money is held up to 21 days or until tracking shows as delivered and the customer leaves positive feedback. Ask soon as they get the fakes they are going to open a dispute to get their money back. Both eBay and PayPal will shut down your accounts permanently.

At 15 you can not LEGALLY sell on ebay.

What will happen if I get caught selling fake items on eBay? I am 15 by the way.. Also, will a company really sue me for doing this? I personally don't think they will sue me because there are tons of people out there who sell fake items and I would just be one. But yet again, I am not sure.. Haha thanks for any help.
