if this is entirely an internet operation the address where you operate from is the address you use, and where you would get the business license
and now that you have 'registered' the LLC, who was that with? was this as a corporation in your state, were you informed there may be a minimum annual tax you have to pay regardless of your success
Yes I will be having a physical store.
I looked it up the annual tax & Georgia does not do that with LLC's or Partnerships
I have filed for my LLC and it was approved, hurry ! I now need to get my business license, however I'm confused about the address because I do not yet have a physical store that I will be doing business yet, so I have been using my home address for all the filing until I can get my store. I know that I must go to the county office to do so, but my address is in a different county than where I plan to open my store. So do I have to wait or what for my business license?
