However, i wouldnt trust third party ones. Get a domain and hosting ~$10, use wordpress to setup a blog and no one will be able to delete you off.
You can post your blog, private or open for the public, on Facebook.
I own a blog on MSN for 4 years, it was very active! Now, it's on FB.
I use Blogger and LiveJournal. Blogger has the easier format to work with.
