I bidded for this item i didnt want and i kinda refused to pay but now i wanna pay so i sent the guy like 5 messages saying ill pay for it if he wants me to because i saw something ecxactly the same i wanna buy aswell but then i dont wanna waste money etc etc so how long should i wait because i dont actually want it but iam gonna buy it and sell it so how long should i wait cuz i dont wanna get sued For not paying!

You can ask them to cancel but if they don't agree, just pay for it. You seem to be already aware that your bid is legally binding.
