There is no free money. Welfare is designed to help the poor families with kids and the disabled but it isn't always free. They place liens on all of your assets and expect you to repay the money if and when you can.

this may sound funny, but we actually wrote to him and asked for help because at that time, we had no $$ and were going to be on the streets...................we have yet to even receive a " thank you for writing to me " letter..............glad he will be out of orifice ( correct spelling !!! ) soon
