It's a scam. paypal doesn't allow transactions with Nigeria

Yes, definitely a scam.
Don't bother, just shipping cost may make it unrealistic. There are countless Nigerian scams using counterfeit checks, stolen paypal accounts, etc.
These scams are so common in Nigeria, it's said to make up a significant part of the national product.
