Well how about saving some of it into a instant Savings account each time you have your ￡20 eg weekly etc. And only buy cheaper essentials rather than wants you'll soon see what a few months or a year or two of saving can do even if it's only ￡1 a time Plus sell things that You no longer neeed that someone else can make use of at a reasonable cost. And save it too!
One example, you could use your money to buy a bucket and cleaning solution and then offer to clean windows. The money you get from your first customer will pay for your materials. Everything else after that is pure profit. If cleaning windows doesn't appeal, invest in some other equipment that you can use to provide a service for which you will be paid.
You likely can't, but you can work to earn more, and you can save it instead of spending it.
