What calaim did R have to the money? If R did not have a claim you should have called the police on R for stealing off of A . A obviously trusted you but not R. So you screwed up by allowing R to steal. I wouldn't hire you. Thats a personal story nothing to do with a job. So best not to tell personal stories to employer's as they want you to be professional not the crazy story teller. Didnt see that Rs name was on account to so no need to bring it up.
Why would you bring this up? It sounds odd.
But for the money, neither brother was entitled to withdraw it, so yes, you did commit more then one crime.
Unless you were convicted I can't imagine why an interview would include this.
If you were convicted that fact that you obviously still feel that you were justified taking someone elses money is a huge read flag that you should not be hired.
This is an irrelevant story for a job interview. It also makes you look ineffectual in dealing with this problem, because you assume ill will by R, have no effective communication with R, and allow R to bully you into doing what he wants. If you engaged in this behavior on the job, people would just roll you hard.
