Business days mean only weekdays and non-holiday days. So two business days from now not including today will be Friday. If something was being sent out on a Friday then two business days from that will be Tuesday.
Think of it as "2 days' time", so not including today. Business days also exclude weekends and holidays.
if you are ordering something, the 2 business days would start the next day after ordering; example - item is ordered on 12/01/14, company would find item in their inventory and send out on 12/02 - that is the first day
