Be very articulative, smile when you speak (it comes thru in yer voice). Speak well of yourself and stay positive and upbeat. You'll be fine.
Do some research on the company before the interview. Find out some general details like when it was founded, where, by who, where the company headquarters is, any good\bad news about the company, etc. Doing that will help show that you're really interested in the company and you want the job.
As for questions to ask, maybe a few of these:
How do you like working for the company?
How long have you been working for the company, did you start with this job or were you promoted to the job?
Why is this position open? (did someone quit, fired, get promoted, etc)
Ask what a typical day in the job is like.
You might want to read some reviews written by current and former employees to see what they think of the job. You can do this by googling the company and position or interview at companyname.

I had an interview with them but they would not negotiate salary. If you do well on your interview, the next step will be for you to go through an on site walk through of the facility you will be working and you meet the team, the second test in hiring process.
Good luck!
There are many things you need to think about and the article below will assist you in getting prepared. I wanted to add that it is critical that you know as much as possible about the company you are applying to AND about yourself and your own goals. When it comes to researching Target, check out their corporate site at https://corporate.target.com/ and learn as much as you can (total sales, # of locations, countries they operate in, who are their key people such as their President and CEO, etc, what is the company's mission, how do they act as a good corporate citizen (e.g. charity involvement, community endeavours, etc). The more you know the better. Also, check out their e-commerce site at http://www.target.com/ and familiarize yourself with it and what it offers consumers.
