I have money issue and i thought maybe i can find a way here .
well i live in Algeria (north west Africa) and our currency is cheap 1usd = 80dzd (our local currency) and what makes is worse that we have a big unemployment problem .

can't do that. to earn USD you'd have to pay taxes here and I don't see any way you'd be doing that.
states here too have high unemployment. Things you can do are like odd jobs in your own neighborhood, and maybe it's not in cash but it may come back to you in barter or neighborhood exchanges. For instance if you work for someone they might feed you a meal for that day. Or you could exchange services (the real barter) like you could fix their roof if they agree to fix your home's siding in return. If you are renting then maybe for a reduction you can do something on that rental that the landlord needs done.
Other than that, well your government is supposed to pitch in and help you out, so contact your local government.
Back during our huge depression years ago the government pitched in but people got creative and sold things or used their services for the rich like cleaning their homes, driving them places, cooking in their kitchen, etc.
Find some pennies on the ground at a park.
