But I've heard that it is possible to get a loan without having a job but I don't know how so I was wondering if any of u people on the internet knows how to do it

Without being assured, in some fashion, you have a way to pay back the loan, no one will give you a loan. What you want is a grant, not a loan.
Depending on the reason why you need this money, you may want to approach group, agency, or a charity for a possible grant.
Ask the bank you want to loan from and learn the details. Usually, the bank will require collateral (something you own) of estimated equal or better value, or a guarantor (someone who will legally be obligated to repay your loan to the bank on your behalf should you not do so). However, as details (which are important) of the loan will vary from bank to bank, and area to area, it would be best to talk to the banks willing to give you the loan to learn the requirements.
Nobody can give you a loan of that size unless you own property of greater value or have somebody who will pay in case you can't.
