Sorry but it is not an option. You must be 18 to open an account under your own name. Until that point in time, you cannot sign a valid contract.

You could consider converting your cash to money orders made payable to yourself. I give this advice to minors quite often.

See if you can make it an account where neither your mom nor you can withdraw from it without mutual consent. That way she can't take your money and you can't spend it without her consent. At 14, you have no choice on the parental consent bit.
