People have to live within their means and you don't even have a mere $150 to your name to get by for one piddly week? Then you are living 'WAY beyond your means! In life there are 'wants' and there are 'needs.' 'Needs' are things like food and rent money. "Wants' are things like cable TV, electronic toys, restaurant foods (including Starbuck and McDonald's expensive haircuts--things you can live without, and in your case can't even afford to think about. Return the xbox to Aarons immediately, swallow your losses, and don't spend a single penny on unnecessary items until you have at least $2,000 in savings. Actually, it should be 6-8 months of your yearly income in savings--meaning if you make $10,000/year, you should have at least $6,000 in savings, because what if you got laid off? How would you live until you get another job?

Frankly, I don't even know what an Xbox is. If I don't even know what it is, then it's definitely something you can live without. But if it's something you 'pay rent' to have, then you're going to have the same problem paying the rent for it next month, too, and the month after that and the month after that... Time for you to grow up and face reality.

Pawnshops certainly gives you a good amount on any valuable, then why to risk yourself by pawning something that is not yours. The xbox from the Aarons that you are trying to pawn can become a problem for you.

We all need extra money at some point of time due to unplanned circumstances, this does not mean you should put yourself at risk. Those $150 that you really need can be availed by any other item you own. It is better not to play with fire as there are chances to burn your hands. Don't even think of taking it to the pawnshop.

One part of the Law which regulates pawn shops is: No person may pawn, pledge, sell, consign, leave,

or deposit any article of property not their own; nor shall any person pawn, pledge, sell, consign,

leave, or deposit the property of another, whether with permission or without; nor shall any person

pawn, pledge, sell, consign, leave, or deposit any article of property in which another person has a security interest; with any licensee.

As required by Law, All merchandise is logged, recorded with serial numbers and copies are sent to the police to investigated if it has been stolen. It's better off if you can find some else that you actually own. than get involved with things that would have legal complications involved. You don't own what you are renting or leasing. Most Pawn Shops won't do this kind of Loan because it put them at risk business wise.

Taking it back to Aarons would be the right thing to do while doing this would be a felony (pawning property you don't own).

Are there any markings on the devices which will say that it belongs to Aarons?

why don't you just take everything back to aarons?

gosh,,, seems like the simple answer

get out of that contract and never rent anything again unless it has wheels or you can put furniture in it

This is considered to be a felony. Unless you want to spend time in jail,,,,don't do it!
