A bunch of aol accounts were hacked. There have been lots of problems.
Yahoo's toll free number is 800-318-0612 but you will hold a long time. You can go to help.yahoo.com and keep trying until you can leave a message (sometimes you deadend at the FAQ). You can read about others who are having problems at yahoo.uservoice. com (supported by Yahoo).
The email address 'abc 123@yahoo.com' is naturally untraceable unless you are an expert computer hacker or an employee at Yahoo.
Such an email address is clearly just someone who knows you who made an email account to defame your character. I doubt that 'kaishamarie' took whatever that was said seriously.

This is sarcasm, but I am sure 'kaishamarie@aol.com' will be *very* pleased that you just gave out her email address on a public site. She will likely start getting tons more unwanted emails ... good job.
