Yeah. Fed Holiday so any gov't regulated entity is closed. Post Office, banks, etc. Never could figure out why the Markets stay open today though. Guessing the Securities Exchange Comm doesn't count but the Fed and Fed Reserve do. Go figure. Best luck.
