sInce the majortiy of present costs is tax then it depends how much tax a scottish goverment would decide to add to the basic cost.
If it is the tax will be added to something else instead.
I may be more expensive if Scotland adds more tax to pay there upkeep, independents is not all roses and good times, some one has to pay the government
Nope . . I'm pretty sure the cost of setting up rigs and pumping out of the sea and refining it will remain steady.
