I was recently hired at Wegmans, a large grocery store in my township. My new manager told me that I would need to attend an orientation starting at 10 am, and ending at 3 pm. What do orientations include? Is it like training already, or is it just an introduction to my new job? (By the way, I'm only 16, so I'm not sure about all these forms (ex: W-9?) I need to fill out, any info?)) Thank you!

Yes, orientation is introduction to the company, you will go over rules, safety, ethics and fill out forms...all forms you sign are for payroll purposes and agreement of rules and regulations the company wants you to abide by.
