You did not "place an order" on Ebay. It is not a store. You buy from an individual seller. Were you asking the seller a question about the item before bidding or buying? Some sellers are big retailers and do not answer questions which is stated on the message page. If a seller cannot answer you, dont buy from him. If you paid for the item and your payment has gone through, you can assume you will receive the item according to the listing shipping time. Check your Purchase History and see if seller has given a tracking number.
Most people here would say the "stupidity" is yours.
I usually wait three or four days for an invoice and then pay, since it means they recognize our mutual obligations.
There are times I don't check my email for several days in a row, and I run three different businesses, so you shouldn't be upset about someone not answering in one day.
Add: For perspective, I just got word yesterday that something I'd ordered on March 13 is now being sent by the ebay seller.
You emailed this morning. Since then you emailed 3 more times?
You are kidding aren't you?
I'm pretty sure that they will want to cancel your order after your behavior.
Why would you *itch about shipping when it's only been hours? Seriously, grow up.
Standard business protocol is ONE business day.
Okay.
