No, most of the time the friend who sent it to you took care of the delivery fees. The person who sent it will have paid for the custom fees, so you should be perfectly fine.
If your friend is sending then it is the friend who is paying shipping payment. But i have seen a case with FedEx that if your friend does not pay custom then FedEx will clear it from your side and then get that custom value when you received the mobile.
You don't have to pay anything cause your friend will be the one who pay for the shipping and the custom fees.
