If you want to sell at that price add a BIN option (go to ebay's help pages to see how), but be prepared for the buyer to then do nothing! Happens all the time.
Buyers are prohibited from making offers to sellers unless the auction includes the Best Offer option. So not only is this loser lowballing you, he's of the opinion that you're too stupid to set up your auction properly. If you wanted offers, you would have put that in your listing.

I am a new seller on eBay and I am selling a CD. Someone has messaged me wanting to sell it for "£4 all in". It is an Auction style listing so I don't know how I'd be able to sell it to the buyer for the price offered. It is currently up for bids at £1.99 + £1.24 p&p.
