Cannot see it working out, without more capital, and a propper business plan. Renting property in London is very costly. You would also need to comply with Food Standards Agency regulations. As already suggested; a market stall, or maybe a mobile van might be a better start up option.

30K is peanuts to start a business. You need an idea, we cannot help you as we do not know your skills. You would need up to a 100K to start up any kind of catering business.

You could rent a stall at one of the markets and sell something.

I have 30 thousand pounds and am thinking of starting a small business though am thinking of setting up a fast food business as am good with cooking. Cooking African and Caribbean dishes.
