Fidelity.com is the one I use as well as Donald for all of the same reasons. I have been with them for over thirty years and have never had an issue. Their phone reps are extremely knowledgeable and polite and the website is excellent. There is also educational info on their website.

Fidelity: Wide range of products. Good support. Good online website.

Vanguard: Because it's the one my employer uses for retirement accounts. I guess it's OK, but I much prefer Fidelity.
