Where do i go?
How much would it cost?
And how long would it take?
If there a question im not asking that's important please add it thank you
There are two questions you are not asking correctly:
Where do I register my business name? The answer would depend upon your state's laws regulating use of business names.
Do I need to register my trademarks? The answer the latter is "not in the USA." You acquire trademark rights by using a distinctive brand on your goods in commerce. You may optionally register in one or more states or in the federal USPTO. It might be valuable to register a trademark in some cases, but certainly not in most cases.
Look at the Washington Redskins: they have had all of their federal registrations cancelled, but it has done nothing to prevent them from continuing to enforce their brands in state or federal courts.
#1 it isn't a patent it is a trademark. No go do some research on that.
You don't get a patent on a name
You find a patent attorney. The attorney will tell you the rest for a fee. In the first meeting you will find out how much.
Perhaps you mean a brand name, trademark, something else entirely. Products are patented, but brands are not.
You would probably trademark the name, the first step would be to d ia search to see if the name is already used.
