Does anybody know which permits I need to start a food vending business at a flea market?

I will be selling pizza.

You will need a verders license, possibly a food handlers license, and possibly a permit form the local health department. Start with teh health department, explain what you have planned and ask if you need a permit and if so, what type ofpermit and how to get one. It may be very easy or itcould require some things (i.e., commercial kitchen or whatever) you may not be prepared for yet.

Once you have that info, contact the manager of the flea market to see if food sales are allowed and how you go about getting a permit to sell.
