Hello,

I do not know that kind of legal issues. But I own a web design agency and you will need an attractive website for your restaurant to highlight your discounts, offers etc.I created very professional site for a client in the restaurant business.I can give it to you for an affordable price since the restaurant is closed now.

Please check out here.I am sure you will love it

Some good resources include nolo.com, legalzoom.com and your local chamber of commerce. Most chambers have groups of free advisers called 'score'. These are veteran business people who are willing to share their experience and expertise. Don't do anything until you have a partnership agreement executed.

I am trying to start my own small business. It will be a restaurant, and there will be 3 partners among that restaurant. I wanted to know how do I create an agreement between the 3 of us partners? Also, the restaurant we are going to start, it's in Houston and there isn't any restaurant of this kind so we are thinking about expanding it as well. How would the Franchise would work and again, how can we divide the franchise contract between us? Can someone please guide me to an online firm and gives you free advice or anywhere in Houston TX??

thank you
