What is a Professional Organiser. There are PAs but I have never heard of this one. Organise what for who?

I want to become a professional organizer, problem is I live in the UK and there aren't many job opportunities. What steps should I take to become a professional organizer, what courses do I need to take? how much experience do I need ? etc, etc....
