The tracking number is free when you ship First Class or Priority and is automatically included when you print the label at home paying with Paypal. You dont know who you are dealing with on Ebay so you should always have tracking to prove you shipped. They claim they didnt get it, and you cant prove that. And they win.

So I just started selling on ebay, and i have already ran into 3 troubles already in less than a month. But let's talk about this case. So i sold 2 things to this dude, and he was hustling me with the shipping cost, but I said no because my items are cheap. Now he's saying the items are not here yet and keep on complaining for a refund, but i shipped an item, and I sold over 20+ items, and he's the first guy complaining when his item cost the most (20+). And the item is expected to be here today. He is the first guy I sold 2 items to who is the most expensive.

I don't include tracking number because it's too expensive. he's obviously a scam since day 1.

So I thought about refunding him a 2 cent, so that he can't report me and ask me for a refund BECAUSE I MAILED IT OUT AND I KNOW HE GOT IT OR THE PACKAGE IS STILL PENDING. BECUASE I KNOW HE GOT THE ITEM ON THE WAY HE TALKS! AND HE"S PROBABLY A KID TRYING TO SCAM WHILE I M A BUSINESS MAN WHO BELIEVES IN INTEGRITY!
