On what website can I both design and sell clothes?

Those print on demand sites like Cafepress, zazzle or customink have a small number of stock shirt styles you can have your artwork printed on, I believe you can setup a "store" offering your designs at no cost.

One with the marketing capabilities or interest group connections can setup a limited edition production run of 10 or more silk screen pieces at the crowd funded stye site TeeSpring.com, if your quota is not met nobody is charged, you can test setup a design without even registering. Being able to marketet to a specific interest group like gun, foreman or pit bull lovers is usually how you make a teespring campaign succeed.

I don't know where you could get something custom knit in small volumes.

There's a design that I really like, and I can't seem to find anywhere that'll actually let me use it. I want to have a white jumper/crewneck style sweater (aka shirt) and I have a transparent file/also one with a white background and I would like to be able to sell it, but without having to create a website and order them first, you know? I'm aware that there's websites that you can make them, and then people can order them directly from the website. From there, it takes the money from you and deposits the money you were paid, etc.

I'm trying to find a website that will let me do this without paying for them, or would it just be a better idea to put them up on etsy and make them to each order?
