As for a non-disclosure agreement, that's somewhat tough.
You really think you can just hire a college student to write this for you? You do realize that even basic functionality on a site would require at least a bunch of people, right? If you just want a website with static content, you could create that in a few hours alone.
You can make them sign a non-disclosure agreement, but I probably wouldn't sign a non-disclosure agreement if the company didn't even exist yet...
I have a business idea...It basically needs a computer program written. With limited money...I was hoping to find an antisocial college student to do this as a summer internship and give him a percentage of the company.
I have limited computer programming skills and this is beyond me. I know I could figure this out on my own given a few months, but with the other businesses I run, I can't dedicate my time to this.
I'm pretty certain any programmer I find will not know off the top o their head what to do.
So how do I keep my idea to myself but still get people interested in applying.
Basically what I'm doing right now...trying to sorta explain my idea without giving it away on y/a.
Then even during the interviews....can I make them sign a non compete / non disclosure or is that typically done after I hire.
